01.Technical Support Engineer

Candidates must be able to demonstrate an excellent understanding of Network solutions, ideally across multiple platforms and, ideally proven expertise on IP-Networks and Trouble-shooting. Knowledge of multiple biling and soft switches, telco platforms and IP-PBX systems or similar would be advantageous but not essential as full training will be provided across multiple platforms.

Candidates must be willing to travel accross UK and Overseas teritories should it become necessary and also need regular travels to iCom Voice Data Centres.

Desired Skills; Experience and Qualifications:

• Excellent TCP/IP networking skills
• Knowledge of Windows, Server, VoIP and SIP applications and protocols
• Excellent Telephone manner
• Excellent verbal and face to face Communication and presentation skills
• Very high capability to cope with pressure
• Existing field based or office based engineering or support background
• Track record of desk and field tech support
• Track record of Leadership and Team Management
• Knowledge on Data Centre; Network security and OS Installations
• UK Bechalor in Computer Science or equivalent qualification

02.Business Development Manager (UK and Europe)

Candidates must be able to demonstrate an excellent understanding of EU Voice Retail Market especially on Long Distance IP Telephony Services (LDTIS), Pre-paid International Calling Cards. This position requires good understanding and skills on certain ethnic communities. UK Graduates with multilingual expertises are welcome to take this excellent opportunity; Industry standard training will be provided for the selected candidates.

• Knowledge of Ethnic voice market
• Excellent Telephone manner
• Excellent verbal and face to face Communication and presentation skills

• Track record of marketing; PR and Media Relations
• Basic knowledge on VoIP and IP-Telephony
• Track record of Leadership and Team Management
• UK Bechalor or Masters in Business

03.Digital Marketing Specialist

Candidates must be able to demonstrate an excellent understanding of digital Marketing, e-Commerce and online market places.

Candidates must be willing to travel across UK and overseas territories should it become necessary.

Desired Skills; Experience and Qualifications:

• Knowing the basics of marketing
• Knowing how to plan and having the ability to manage time
• Having creative and good presentation skills
• Knowledge in key areas of marketing (SEO, social media, content marketing, email marketing, PPC and SEM)
• Know how to plan, create and implement a marketing strategy
• Understand the key measurement tools available
• Developing social presence and advocating brands effectively
